  • Our classes are limited to 4 people so that you receive personalised instruction from a qualified physiotherapist.
  • Your physiotherapist will develop an individualised exercise program for you, rather than using a generic class structure.

Many gyms and fitness centres are now offering mat Pilates and reformer Pilates classes, however these differ from clinical Pilates as they are taught by instructors who are not physiotherapists. These classes often have many people attending and use generic exercises which means that they are not suitable for everyone, particularly if you are currently injured or experiencing pain. This ‘one size fits all’ approach means that you may not be working to your full potential and can also increase the risk of further injury.
Our sessions are 45 minutes in length and are run by qualified and fully trained physiotherapists.
Our groups have a maximum of 4 people per class to ensure that you get personalised, individualised instruction.
Yes! Our physiotherapists can develop a personalised exercise program which caters for your needs and treatment goals. However we always recommend speaking to your medical practitioner before commencing any exercise program.
Yes, we can process claims immediately through our HICAPS system, however the amount of your rebate is determined by your health insurer and your policy.
We currently have sessions running in the mornings, evenings and on Saturday mornings. Call us to inquire about the current availability.
Bookings are necessary for all Group Physio Sessions. As we limit numbers to 4 people per session, we advise booking to ensure availability.
No, our sessions are suitable for everyone. Whether you are recovering from an injury or just wanting to improve general fitness and wellbeing, our physiotherapists can work with you to achieve your goals.
Joining a class is simple – all you need to do is book an appointment with one of our physiotherapists. Your physiotherapist will custom design an individual exercise program which addresses your goals, run you through it a couple of times and then you choose which class you would like to join.
Yes, we are a preferred provider for both Medibank and BUPA customers. This entitles you to a discount off our normal treatment fee and your health insurers will provide a higher rebate amount. This means that any gap amount is significantly reduced and in some cases there is no gap. For kids under 25 there is no gap payment on physiotherapy and podiatry consultations.
